Lawn Care- Monthly contract includes weekly lawn mowing and edge trimming. 20 visits per season

Snow Removal- Monthly contract includes up to 20 snow removal visits per month. Snow to be removed daily between 7 am to 1 pm during and after snow falls. We-Do-All provides ice melting products after cleaning or before, during, and after freezing rain

Spring Clean Up - Power rake, aerate, lawn mowing, side trimming, and disposal of clippings. Hand raking of organic waste in flower and garden beds.

Fall Clean Up - Includes hand raking, lawn mowing, side trimming, disposal of major clippings. Hand raking of organic waste in flower and garden beds.

Sprinkler Blowout - We-Do-All can shut water off inside the property. Set appointments

Sprinkler Start-Up - Turn on water inside of property and energize the sprinkler system. Set appointments

Weed Control - Season long control. 3 applications per season

Fertilizer - Season long fertilizing. 4 applications per season

Overseeding - Season long overseeding. 4 applications per season

Bed Maintenance - Remove and dispose of garbage and organic waste on all garden/flower beds

Bed Mulching - Add pine mulch on beds on the property including flower beds & tree wells

Lawn Edging - Edge lawn to clean up all of the extra lawn growth along flower beds and hardscapes

Tree and Shrub Pruning - Prune all trees and shrubs on the property, collect and dispose of all prunining.

LAWN CARE - May 1st to Sept 30th- Monthly contract includes lawn mowing and edge trimming. Lawn care visits are performed once per week. Mowers height is set at 2.5” off the ground which is considered the industry standard. Grass clippings are bagged and removed. Edge trimming is also known as line trimming or whipper snipping. This is performed around the edges of your lawn including all paved areas of the property, along fence lines, and around shrub beds and tree wells in order to trim the grass where the mower is unable to cut. Property to be blown off after work is completed to leave it looking neat and clean.

SNOW REMOVAL - Nov 1st to Mar 30th - Monthly contract includes 20 visits. Each includes snow removal of the city sidewalks and all sidewalks, steps and driveways on the property. Snow to be removed within 12 hours after average snowfall at average temperatures. Snow to be removed daily between the hours of 7 am to 1 pm during and after snow falls. Snow removal visits are scheduled in the early morning time slot guaranteed. We-Do-All provides ice melting products after cleaning or before, during and after freezing rain. Snow removal prices based on an average size residential lot in Saskatoon. It is considered a snowfall if it snows at least 2 Millimeters (0.08 inches). Monthly contract includes up to 20 snow removal visits per month or 100 visits per season. On average we perform 50 visits between Nov 1 and Mar 31 each year. For any additional visit the customer will be charged a flat fee of $11 per visit to be billed at the end of each month. If there is less than 20 visits the customer will be credited $11 per visit at the end of each month. Heavy snowfall surcharges do not apply to We-Do-All package customers.

Hand raking of organic waste in flower and garden beds (Up to 900 Sq ft.). Spring clean up is usually performed between April 15th and April 30th depending on various weather conditions.

FALL CLEAN UP - Oct- Includes hand raking, lawn mowing, side trimming, disposal of major clippings. Hand raking of organic waste in flower and garden beds (Up to 900 Sq ft.). Fall clean up is usually performed between Oct 15th and Oct 31st depending on various weather conditions.

SPRINKLER BLOWOUTS - Oct- We-Do-All can shut water off inside the property. Set appointments at a date and time that suits our customer's schedule. Sprinkler blowouts are scheduled for the last week of September or first week of October

SPRINKLER START UP - May- Turn on water inside of property and energize the sprinkler system, perform system check, adjust heads and drip lines. Recommend and provide estimates for any sprinkler system repairs to be made. Sprinkler start ups are scheduled for the middle of May

WEED CONTROL - May, July & Sept- Season long weed control applications on all sodded areas of the property. Weed control is typically done the last week of May, first week of July and the first week of September depending on various weather conditions.

LAWN FERTILIZER - April, June, Aug & Sept- Season long fertilizer applications on all sodded areas of the property. Fertilizer Application is typically done the last week of April, first week of June, first week of August and the first week of September depending on various weather conditions.

LAWN OVERSEEDING - April, June, Aug & Sept- Season long overseeding applications on all sodded areas of the property. Overseeding Application is typically done the last week of April, first week of June, first week of August and the first week of September depending on various weather conditions.

BED MAINTENANCE - May to Sept- Remove and dispose of garbage and organic waste on all beds on the property including flower beds, tree wells, and garden beds(up to 900 sqft). Bed Maintenance is performed once a month from May to September. 5 visits per season

BED MULCHING - June - Add pine mulch on all beds on the property including flower beds, tree wells, and garden beds(up to 900 sqft). Bed mulching is typically done late June. 1 visits per season

LAWN EDGING - June - Edge lawn to clean up all of the extra lawn growth along flower beds, patios, driveways and sidewalks. Lawn edging is scheduled for late June. 1 visits per season

TREE AND SHRUB PRUNING - Apr & Oct - Prune all trees and shrubs on the property, collect and dispose of all prunining. Pruning of Trees and Shrub to a Max of 10'in hieght (up to 900 sqft). Pruning is performed between April 15th and April 30th & between Oct 15th and Oct 31st depending on various weather conditions. 2 visits per season

Prices are for lawns up to 3000 sq. ft. and snow removal areas up to 1600 sq. ft. Larger lawns or snow removal areas will have additional charges. GST not included.

Snow removal time frames vary depending on snowfall amounts and windchill. More snow takes much longer to clean and when the windchill is high employees are required to take breaks often for thier own safety. If the temprature reaches -51°C with a wind chill work stopages will occur until it warms up enough to continue to work safely.
